    • Flexible compensation, $70K-$90K base + commission

    What the Position is About:

    • Identify and pursue new customers and achieve or exceed sales goals
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities
    • Respond to all customer inquiries, and coordinate the effort to solve technical, engineering, production, quality, or product performance issues
    • Promote company products through sales presentations and lunch & learns
    • Represent and promote the company by participating in conferences and trade shows
    • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and the company’s customers and key industries to support business growth


    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • 3-5 years of sales experience within the industrial or similar industry 
    • Knowledge of heat transfer, metal fabrication, and related functions is highly desired
    • The ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and bid documents
