What the Position is About:

• Analyze blueprints for construction projects and create material quotes
• Perform material take-offs for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects
• Write scopes of work and assess plans to develop labor pricing
• Discuss project requirements with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Solicit bids from vendors for various products

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience reading residential and commercial blueprints and specifications
• Estimating experience within the building materials industry
• Preferred knowledge of windows & doors, cabinets, trim, lumber, etc.
