What the Position is About:

• Lead the company’s wholesale and retail operations, including being responsible for strategic planning, safety, productivity, people enablement, procurement, property and equipment
• Deliver operational outcomes, support operational teams and introduce new ways of working to exceed company targets or budgets
• Responsible for the leadership and development of people, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach to safety, operations, productivity, processes and relevant software across the company
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy
• Ensure safety across all sites and operations
• Responsible for the timely and effective distribution of all fabricated products, including quality control processes

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5-10 years of experience in operations and safety management in the home improvement or similar industry
• Manufacturing, fabrication or similar experience is required
• Windows & doors product experience is preferred
• Multi-site management experience is preferred but not required
• Experience delivering strategic outcomes across multiple group functions
• Major safety initiative implementation exposure
• Experience with expansion, site selection, facility buildout and permitting is helpful
