What The Position is About:
- Manage events and shows staff over all (10+) company locations
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage the marketing staff
- Responsible for scheduling, payroll, continuous training and onboarding
- Manage show & events budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
- Deliver, set up, and break down promotional event equipment as required, keeping the warehouse organized and helping prepare event set ups
- Approach and engage with home improvement seekers at the shows and events
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of events & shows management experience within the home improvement industry
- Multi-site events & shows leadership experience is desired
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks at once, and work in a fast-paced environment
