What The Position is About:

• Oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company’s two locations (digital, traditional, and non-traditional)
• Oversee the call center, shows and events, and canvassing departments
• Help develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue the company’s steady growth goals
• Manage marketing KPIs and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Manage marketing vendors and third party relationships
• Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Marketing & lead generation experience at a $5M+ home services or home improvement company
• Multi-site marketing leadership experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset
