What The Position is About:
- Lead and motivate a team of 45+ call center reps and a handful of team leads
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPI’s
- Recruit, hire and train call center personnel
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5-10 years of call center leadership experience at a $50M+ company
- Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred, but open to similar industry experience
- Inbound and outbound experience
- Dialer experience would be a plus
