    What The Position is About:

    • Lead and motivate a team of 45+ call center reps and a handful of team leads
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPI’s
    • Recruit, hire and train call center personnel
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
    • Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
    • Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales


    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • 5-10 years of call center leadership experience at a $50M+ company
    • Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred, but open to similar industry experience
    • Inbound and outbound experience
    • Dialer experience would be a plus
