What The Position is About:

• Oversee 10 production staff members and 10+ installation crews
• Recruit, train, and motivate personnel in the production department
• Review contracts to ensure proper measurements, correct pricing and ordering accuracy
• Coordinate with all vendors to ensure proper delivery schedules for timely installations
• Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure install crews are completing their responsibilities on schedule with an emphasis on quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations
• Collect final payments with customers after job completion
• 60/40 office vs field time

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven production leadership experience within the industry
• Construction Supervisor License is required
• Interior experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting skills
