What the Position is About:

• Lead estimating and design teams through the preconstruction process
• Responsible for producing conceptual estimates and reviewing detailed estimates
• Heavily involved in the value analysis and onboarding of subcontractors 
• Anticipate outcomes and manage risks of a project
• Develop and manage the preconstruction and design schedule
• Develop and manage profitability strategy
• Create and execute MBE/geographic plans
• Create and manage financial communication plan with client

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Project management and/or estimating experience within the construction industry is required
• Experience managing a team through the preconstruction and estimating process
• In-depth knowledge of buildings and construction
• Team-player with great communication and leadership skills
• Strategic skillset, someone who can recognize problems and provide and implement solutions
