• $65K base + bonus

What The Position is About:

• Visit job sites daily to ensure clients have been contacted and to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
• Create job schedules, order materials, and schedule trade partners
• Review proposals and contracts
• Conduct pre-construction meetings at the start of each job
• Responsible for material delivery and oversight management of jobs
• Conduct regular project review meetings with clients

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience managing residential or small commercial projects
• Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques & systems, and building codes
• General Contractor’s license is preferred but not required
• Individuals looking to enter and be training in the home improvement industry
