What the Position is About:

• Own the creation of estimates and present them
• Delegate roles and responsibilities within the estimating team
• Train, mentor and develop estimators on projects
• Develop scope sheets, bid packages and bid manual
• Participate in buyout and post-bid feedback
• Create draft GCs for review and develop project schedule with Ops
• Engage quality and safety for plan review
• Create and manage budget tracker
• Create line item contingencies as appropriate
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external team members

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience with estimating software & Microsoft Excel is required
• In-depth knowledge of buildings and construction is required
• An analytical and attentive to detail personality
• Problem-solver with great communication and time-management skills
