    Company Overview:

    • This is a wholesale importer and distributor of natural and engineered stone
    • We have been servicing the residential and commercial stone industry in the south-central US for 39 years


    What is Being Offered:

    • Flexible compensation, base + commissions + bonus, total $110K-$120K

    What the Position is About:

    • Manage a team of 8-10 sales personnel 
    • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales roster
    • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales team
    • Coach and develop struggling sales reps
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
    • Continually prospect across the US to identify sales growth opportunities
    • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team


    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • Natural stone industry experience is required
    • Quartz commercial sales experience is strongly desired
    • Sales leadership experience
    • Both residential and commercial experience
    • Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
