What the Position is About:
- Manage a team of 8-10 sales personnel
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales roster
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales team
- Coach and develop struggling sales reps
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Continually prospect across the US to identify sales growth opportunities
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Natural stone industry experience is required
- Quartz commercial sales experience is strongly desired
- Sales leadership experience
- Both residential and commercial experience
- Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
