What the Position is About:

• Evaluate documents and create estimates using estimating software
• Responsible for quantification and pricing
• Develop scope sheets, bid packages and bid manual
• Delegate roles and responsibilities within the estimating team
• Initiate quality and safety reviews of drawings
• Participate in buyout and post-bid feedback
• Create and manage budget tracker
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external team members
• Lead weekly estimate coordination meetings 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Experience with estimating software & Microsoft Excel is required
• In-depth knowledge of buildings and construction is required
• An analytical and attentive to detail personality
• Problem-solver with great communication and time-management skills
