    Learn Real Estate Investment while earning money. Are you interested in learning about real estate investing from the ground up? You will learn about fix and flip, buy and hold, and wholesaling. This is not a class, it is a chance for you to jump in and work directly with a company that is working on deals daily. We are a local real estate investment company looking for a couple of individuals that have a strong desire to learn about flipping houses from the ground up. We currently have a couple of spots available for highly motivated and coachable individuals who want to earn while they learn the ropes. Extensive training program! The position is part-time with the possibility of transitioning into full-time. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads and close on them • Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities • Generate leads by various sources: auctions, pre-foreclosures, Craigslist ads, direct mail, website, realtor list, networking events, cold calling, etc. • Manage a pipeline of prospects • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner • Review and organize due diligence on potential properties • Schedule and organize inspections on potential properties • Negotiate with sellers on properties Qualifications: • High School Diploma and/or Associate’s degree in Business • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization • Must possess problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and results-driven with proven ability to succeed • Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass a criminal background check • Good attendance record • Limited travel as required Compensation: $40,000+
