We are seeking a SALES TRAINEE :COLLEGE GRAD to join OUR CLIENTS SALES TEAM! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. OUR CLIENT ( 2 $B) IS A MULTI-NATIONAL LEADER OF INDUSTRIAL METALS SOLD TO MAJOR MFGS. OVER 40 BRANCH OFFICES SINCE 1921. CAREER OPPTY .POSITION OPEN DUE TO RETIREMENT.

6-12 MONTHS OF TRAINING. M-F WORK SCHEDULE. 7-4 OR 8-5:00 PM. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. SALARY, COMPLETE FULL BENEFITS,401K. AFTER TRAINING ADVANCE TO INSIDE SALES OR OUTSIDE SALES WITH INCENTIVES..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
