We’re looking for a BSA & Financial Crimes Investigator to play a critical role in protecting the Bank and our customers, by identifying, investigating, and reporting activity related to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, and more. This non- exempt, full-time position generally works Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, working within the Loan & Operations Center located at 75 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA, with potential for future hybrid/remote work option.

Education/Experience : Associates Degree and three years related banking experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications/Skills : The preferred applicant has sound knowledge of BSA/AML , OFAC regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and investigative skills; strong problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and priorities; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong technology/computer skills; familiarity with or ability to learn BSA/fraud detection software and tools (e.g., Verafin, FCRM, Abrigo); team approach to work responsibilities.
Salary Range: $28 - $35 per hour
