We are currently hiring Full-time & Part-time Drivers | Service Delivery Experts. These positions provide exceptional customer service & support to customers based throughout the greater Bay Area. A typical route averages 10 deliveries per day over the course of a 10 hour shift while working independently and managing on-time service. Saturdays are a required availability.

Benefits:

Starting compensation of $17.50 per hour + $1.00 / hr incentive after 30 days

Qualifications

Service Standards -

The ability to represent the customers voice & experience to advocate for improved customer satisfaction

The ability to maintaining composure when receiving customer feedback

Exceptional communication & customer service skills

Delivery Accuracy -

Carefully unload orders at the customers’ location

Consistent use of delivery app 100% of the time

Ensure product loads are secured and strapped down

Make yourself available to assist truck loading

Operate equipment as an expert driver held to professional standards

Provide direct input into existing processes & make recommendations to improve delivery accuracy

Driver Qualifications -

Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

1 year of professional Box Truck driving experience (16’ - 20’ required)

Prior Class B CDL experience preferred

Must be 21 years or older

Need a clean driving record (MVR) : We are able to insure drivers with fewer than 3 violations in the previous 5 years.

Ability to pass a drug screen (Including Marijuana)
