    SALES PROGRAM MANAGER

    PURPOSE:

    Program Managers are the primary intermediary between sales and our external partners. When partnerships are formalized, you will take ownership of all elements of their contract to ensure that deliverable's are met and partners are happy, prioritizing workflows and anticipating and meeting their needs. You will manage all external communications with the partners, nurturing them toward expansion and extension. Your ability to coordinate and execute cross-functional operations with Field Operations, Billing, Customer Care, etc. is vital to address customer needs.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acquire deep knowledge of customers’ vision, products, and objectives. Seek and execute on opportunities to “surprise and delight” partners with expert and thoughtful outreach.
    • Oversee and coordinate customer-oriented projects, products, and support other strategic initiatives across the company.
    • Take ownership of all communications to and from property owners holding executed site host agreements, working with the appropriate internal teams to ensure that problems are resolved, and requests fulfilled swiftly.
    • Plan and execute successful handoffs between Business Development, Site Development, and Construction teams.
    • Balance customer needs and competing business priorities.
    • Coordinate across multiple teams to solve problems as they arise.
    • Update and track contractual obligations and communications to charger hosts and ensure compliance
    • Support select programs and accounts as needs arise, including tracking and reporting progress, preparing presentation materials, etc.
    • Create and utilize reporting and business case analytics to track and illustrate progress towards contract fulfillment.
    • Identify additional partner engagement opportunities for innovative marketing, promotions, potential ancillary service, or business models, etc., and work with the appropriate team(s) to develop opportunities into programs and services.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3+ years of project/program management (5+ years strongly preferred)
    • Advanced excel skills
    • Demonstrated customer-facing experience that has delivered results
    • Ability to lead cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgency
    • Manages medium to large projects simultaneously
    • Proactive communication style (verbal and written), with strong presentation and leadership skills
    • Proven business acumen necessary to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and uncover new business opportunities
    • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
    • Strong planning, interpersonal, decision making, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to adeptly manage relationships from a distance, internally and externally

    WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 15 pounds. In this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
