BTE Trivia Entertainment LLC is the North East's largest trivia entertainment company, currently putting on over 400 trivia events each month at bars, restaurants and breweries across Connecticut and New York. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the founder of BTE Trivia Entertainment LLC. Their duties will include : - Answering phone calls and responding to emails - Acting as the point of contact between the founder and clients/staff members - Scheduling of meetings and events (business related and personal) - Calendar management (business related and personal) - Making travel arrangements - Various day to day tasks and errands (business related and personal) This part time position will have flexible hours with the ability to be scheduled around classes and other commitments. Candidate must have reliable travel and the ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment. Interest in entertainment, as well as the restaurant industry is a plus.
