We are a small architecture firm in the Orlando area. We provide full architectural services including site planning, design, construction documents, construction administration and more. We are looking for an emerging professional or recent graduate to be an addition to our successful team. The candidate would be responsible for carrying out day to day tasks including drafting, modeling, as-built documentation and other similar tasks. As we are a small firm, the candidate will be in a learning environment and have the opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of the architecture industry. The candidate will be asked to do certain tasks, with the close supervision of the principal architect, that the candidate may not have the opportunity to do under much larger firms. If it is your intention to pursue architectural registration and licensure this may be a good fit for you. We can work with you to achieve your AXP credits while you learn and provide a valuable service. The candidate should posses a professional appearance and conduct themselves accordingly, show promptness and willingness to learn. The preferred candidate should have the following QUALIFICATIONS: -A professional degree is preferred, at least a technical degree in drafting is acceptable. -proficient in AutoCAD architecture, Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office. -must have at least 1yr of experience using these programs in a professional setting in an office with a licensed professional. -excellent time management skills -excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. -highly motivated
