The Digital Transformation EM, Marketing plays a key hands on role in driving the enterprise marketing transformation. This role will define the transformation working model, governance structure, roles/responsibilities and bring these to life by standing up a robust cross-functional transformation team. In addition, this role is accountable for driving the transformation, coaching the team, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring regular and transparent reporting on progress.
Strong experience in digital transformation, marketing, top tier (MBB) management consulting, and financial services will be highly beneficial for this role. Candidates must exhibit strong synthesis, communication, program management and problem solving skills.
