Overview

As a Sale Representative, you are responsible for engaging with customers, qualifying the purchase, nurturing the process, presenting products and solutions, overcoming objections and ultimately closing the sale.

Full Job Description:

• Greet customers with a friendly approach and professional appearance

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Facilitate customers decision making throughout their purchase

• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom

• Professionally answer phones, organize samples and become knowledgeable on products offered

• Communicate with customers via e-mail and/or by phone regarding estimates

• Build on existing relationships with designers and contractors to identify new projects and future tile needs

• Attentive; able to promptly service customers and answer their questions

• Able to learn and be knowledgeable about products in order to sell a complete solution to the customer

• Able to explain complex details through both oral and written communication

• Available to work on Saturdays
