Responsibilities:

Serve guests in a friendly sincere manner & guarantee them the best possible experience

Quickly, proficiently & carefully deliver beverages & food with a smile to all guests

Work with Servers to supply drinks them with beverages for table guests

Ensure all food & beverages are correct before delivery

Communicate with guests about their needs

Clean bar area, bar tables & floors to ensure restaurant cleanliness & order

Keep bar areas stocked with ice & glasses

Communicate effectively with Managers about any bar issues

Up-sell & make food & beverage suggestions to guests at every opportunity

Anticipate and exceed your guest’s expectations.

Stock bar beverages, change out draft beer kegs & keep bar areas clean

Take & distribute TOGO orders

Present accurate guest checks & collect payments

Musts:

Must be 100% guest-focused and consistently project a positive, upbeat attitude!

Must have consistent high-energy people & communication skills showing compassion & empathy!

Must be professional, calm and accommodating in all situations!

Must be organized, have attention to detail & be a mulit-tasker!

Must be able to work as part of a dynamic team!

Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend & kneel & have the ability to lift & carry up to 50 pounds!

Must be able to spend 98% of each shift standing & walking!

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.

Must be 21+ & possess TN ABC Server Permit Card or acquire one within 30 days of employment!
