    Job Summary

    The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling Burly Botanical’s superior products to dispensaries in Oklahoma. The Outside Sales Representative will be comfortable discussing cannabis products, making a high volume number of calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

    Responsibilities

    ● Prospect and generate new commercial business for our line of products, as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales.

    ● Utilize selling techniques and market strategies to expand and build upon client base.

    ● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (phone calls, texting, emailing, and in-person).

    ● Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.

    ● Service existing clients.

    ● Effectively demonstrate product line.

    ● Meet and/or exceed sales quotas.

    ● Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

    Education:

    ● College degree is a plus.

    Experience:

    ● Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience (Required)

    ● Cannabis knowledge and experience.

    ● Must have proven cannabis sales experience with contacts (selling cannabis in OK is a plus!)

    Misc :

    ● Must be 21+ years old.

    ● Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

    ● Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of primary programs used by Nextep in business operations. This includes but is not limited to the following: Google apps; time and attendance platform; Nextep’s electronic on-boarding system; PrismHR; Salesforce.com; Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications; Google applications; email management systems, CRM systems and Internet applications.
