    ABA SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) offers Behavioral and Mental Health Therapy Services for children, youth, adults, couples and families. We are passionate about helping those who are receiving our services! BTS is dedicated to the comprehensive service model, including, but not limited to working with the client with his or her family, communication training, skill building, coping skills training, family work, therapeutic counseling, behavioral therapy, cultural diversity, and activities that increase and build upon each client and their family's strengths. Our goal is to address a broad array of human needs with our services.

    and succeed if given the appropriate support, empathy, and tools.

    The ABA Scheduler will be responsible for assisting clients and employees in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to creating permanent schedules, rerouting employees due to cancelations, notifying staff and clients of day to day changes, updating client/staff availabilities, and various operational duties. This position has no direct reports.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for assisting with the day to day scheduling adjustments.  Coordinating and assisting major and minor scheduling changes as directed.  Contact clients and staff regarding availability changes  Notify clients and staff of updated permanent schedules  Monitoring client and technician cancellations in accordance of our cancellation policies.  Maintain a warm and welcoming environment providing excellent customer service.  Attend required trainings and meetings.  Represent BTS professionally and ethically to clients and employees.  Additional duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or GED.  Minimum 1 Year ABA Experience REQUIRED**

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field.  ABA Office experience  Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Flexible schedule to accommodate clinic and patient needs  Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.

     Ability to react to day-to-day operational requirements in a professional and timely manner.

     Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.  Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels.  Proven strong written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.  Proven computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Google Office  Ability to work for extended hours sitting at a computer.  Key characteristics: organized, energetic, intelligent, dependable, good listener, professional, attention to detail and collaborative spirit.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
