    Seeking Behavior Technicians/BIs/RBTs for our new Napa office clinic to be opening ASAP! Must be able to commute to the Napa clinic ENTRY LEVEL- WE HELP TRAIN YOU! No experience necessary!

    About Us Join Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc., and work with a team dedicated to providing children's services to families in an inclusive and collaborative environment. You'll be working in our main office in Napa, CA.

    What will you be doing as a Behavior Technician? The Behavior Technician works in providing 1:1 instruction and group sessions, support to families, and implementing a program for children with autism, ADHD, or other disabilities. If interested in the field of Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, and/or Therapy, this is a great way to make a difference with the families and clients we serve!

    Responsibilities:

    Provide 1:1 direct programs and group sessions to children and adolescents up to 18 years old. (You will be trained and supported onsite!)

    Must be energetic, FUN, and enthusiastic about working with children.

    Collect and record accurate data on client progress (training & support onsite).

    Work with children in our clinic providing a safe and supportive environment.

    Qualifications:

    A positive, FUN, and enthusiastic attitude to serve children.

    Ability to work independently, and is an effective communicator.

    Must be reliable and willing to work with a variety of clients.

    Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required.

    Behavioral knowledge and/or experience is a plus, but not required.

    RBT certification is a plus, but not required (we can support you in obtaining certification!).

    Requirements:

    Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: typically, morning and afternoons for clinic.

    Eligibility to work in the United States.

    Valid California Driver’s license.

    Reliable transportation, and valid automobile Insurance.

    High school diploma or equivalent.
