BVOH SEARCH & CONSULTING is the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier finance and accounting search and consulting firm. We are expanding services, growing geographically and as such are looking for an experienced CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER to join our team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and implementingthe overall contentstrategy of BVOH Search & Consulting based on our specific goals and objectives. This is a very independent and creative role – 20% strategy, 80% production. You will work very closely with the Managing Partner on all things content and marketing. This is a newly created role and has the potential to expand and grow in scope and responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create all content marketing collateral and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, brand awareness that lead to sales and customer retention.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services via email campaigns, social posts, whitepapers, infographics, guides, digital brochures and blogarticles
• Manage all digital and social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email/newsletter distribution. Keen understanding of nuances and best practicesper channel.
• Creatively capture photography and video of the internal team to be used in assets in a 100% remote environment.
• Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
• Develop and manage editorial calendar and organizational workflows
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Promote company wins utilizing existing testimonials, references, successes in the marketplace, surveyresponses regularly and on brand.
• Drive brand awareness of current and new lines of business within existing and new markets througheffective and thoughtful marketing
• Update website contentas needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer/Manager or Copywriter.
• 3+ yrs experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
• Prior experience with email marketingcampaigns and/or marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Excellent writingand editing skills in English
• BA/BS in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
• Past experience building quality and relevant social audiences
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, critical-thinker and problem-solver
