Job Description

Our client, a Saas company in Milpitas, is looking for a Head of Finance consultant to support their growing company. They have developed technology that allows businesses to connect with their customers in the most on-demand communication method today: text messaging. This role will collaborate with their CEO as the SaaS finance SME.  REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of finance expertise
• Very strong excel (modelling, data distillation, etc.) – Google Sheets ideal.
• Experience supporting the funding of a SaaS organization
  • This role will be providing supporting documentation for the CEO to present to investors, and likely assisting in the defence of said documentation.
• A strong understanding of SaaS Metrics, including cost of customer acquisition, gross margin, and churn rate, as examples.
