BWC Executive Group is engaged in a confidential recruitment drive for an exceptional Integration M&A Officer. This role is integral to a distinguished Private Equity client possessing over $1 Trillion in assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team of one of the PE firm's portfolio companies, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and the Managing Operating Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic M&A Leadership:
- Lead the integration of new manufacturing ventures into the broader corporate structure.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and secure acquisition opportunities that align with the company's global strategy.
- Develop and implement detailed integration plans that are in harmony with the company's overall objectives.
Site Consolidation & Optimization:
- Assess current manufacturing operations to identify and implement strategies for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
- Oversee the consolidation process, balancing operational impacts with the enhancement of organizational value.
Greenfield Site Exploration:
- Lead the investigation and analysis of new site opportunities, aligning with strategic growth objectives.
- Coordinate with regional and departmental heads to assess new site initiatives and develop data-driven strategies.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Drive essential strategic projects to boost operational excellence within the manufacturing operations.
- Encourage teamwork across functions to establish and maintain best practices and standardized processes.
Big-Picture Thinking:
- Stay updated on global manufacturing trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide strategic insights on manufacturing tactics to ensure continued industry leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA highly valued.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, especially in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
- Demonstrated leadership in integration within a complex, international setting.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and executive skills.
- Strategic, systematic thinking ability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and achieving consensus at all levels.
What Our Client Offers:
- A competitive compensation package, including bonuses and stock options. Base salary ranging from $350k to $500k, with up to 65% bonus potential, a special 30% bonus for timely completion of integration projects, and stock options contingent on EBITDA.
