This person will work with leadership in the development, design, and deliverables pertaining to planning of delivery of BWF client services. The primary objective of this role is to create consistent, standardized, and documented processes to be used to scale our services and produce quality, consistent deliverables. This role will collaborate with leadership and other team members to gather necessary information and document it in a consistent and easily digestible format that can be used repeatedly to produce excellent outcomes.

    Essential Functions

    Work closely with Leadership, Practice Leaders, and other key partners to understand BWF’s services, structure, strategic plan, clients, and best practices.

    Translate marketing materials into documentation of client service offerings.

    Interview Subject Matter Experts to gather necessary information and synthesize it into easy-to-follow processes.

    Manage projects at the department to enterprise level working closely with key internal decision makers to design the most efficient approaches, highlight gaps where applicable and create training plans for implementation into teams.

    Create documentation of processes and methodology with consistent formatting and easy to understand for all users.

    Revise documentation of existing processes as services evolve and become more efficient.

    Ensure that all documentation is stored according to BWF best practices and teams have appropriate access to the information within our document management system.

    Apply excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to successfully work with all levels of leadership, management, and staff.

    Track projects and collaborate with leadership to ensure completion of priorities and projects within deadline.

    Provide bi-weekly reports of progress to senior management.

    Validate process improvement projects, intervening as necessary to adjust and refine processes.

    Educate and train on process management methodology and ideas, problem solving and prevention.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience developing and documenting processes and/or methodologies.

    Ability to synthesize and consolidate complex information into easily digestible format.

    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

    Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency, prioritize tasks.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    Strong project management skills.

    Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Value Stream Mapping experience a plus.

    Work Environment/Conditions

    This position can be based in our Minneapolis office or be remote(locally based employees are required to maintain a hybrid office presence).

    Position requires ability to work in a stationary position for majority of workday.

    Continuous use of computer.

    Frequent communication with team via zoom.

    This is an exempt position that requires at least 40 hour of work per week but due to the nature of this role, additional hours are required when deadlines need to be met.

    Overnight travel to firm meetings is sometimes required (up to 10%).

    Compensation and Benefits

    Annual base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 based on qualifications and experience. BWF offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
