Job Responsibilities
Oversee BWF Groundwork Digital client digital fundraising and communication engagements.
Develop and implement multichannel strategies for client partners.
Execute on the tactical elements of digital campaigns for client partners including the creation and execution of automated marketing campaigns, paid digital advertising campaigns, data-driven donor engagement and other sophisticated marketing tactics.
Assist with the development and writing of proposals and other sales materials.
Support the sales process for expansion of the BWF Groundwork Digital client base.
Qualifications
Required
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple components of complex projects.
Ability to lead multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Experience developing and leading paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
Knowledge of sophisticated automated marketing and retargeting tools.
Certification in Google business tools.
Experience developing and executing video marketing plans and strategies.
Experience writing copy, especially for social media and other online media.
Strong interpersonal communication skills both in-person and via remote connection (phone, webinar, teleconference).
Strong understanding of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Keen attention to detail and experience proofreading business documents and presentations.
Strong public speaking skills.
Self-learner.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred
1 to 3 years professional experience in an agency environment.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
SEM/paid search experience.
Video editing experience using the Final Cut Pro or a comparable video editing software platform.
Experience producing video with a demonstrated history of capturing b roll and interviews for full-scale video production.
Experience presenting digital strategies and concepts before clients.
Graphic design experience.

Location and Hours
This position can be remote or based in our Minneapolis office.
Overnight travel required depending on client and project needs.
Standard business hours apply, with weekend and evening hours required when deadlines need to be met.
