This is a great opportunity for a Documentation/QA specialist looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of complete project execution from design phase to final handover phase with customers. Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain engineering documentation packages

· Maintain drawing and documentation control

· Component (equipment, instruments and valve) and material verification

· Management and verification of engineering BOMs from ERP system

· Co-ordinate project documentation flow from design stages to procurement to production

· Assists with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

· Resolve issues through development of systems and procedures

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within technical industry in similar role

· Ability to work carefully, methodically and consistently

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Adobe

· Must be able to multi-task supporting various groups

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation/documentation would be a key advantage.

· Planning and time management skills

· Familiarity with GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

· Related technical qualification or relevant experience.
