Job Description: Project Assistant

BWT Pharma and Biotech, seeks to employ a Project Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within the Pharma & Biotech Industry, looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of Project execution of clean utility systems. The successful candidate will support Project Management and learn aspects of water treatment systems/project lifecycle from a multi-disciplined team, including: drawings, technical documentation, budget/cost control, procurement, inspections and project progress reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Project Managers with typical Project work.

· Organize project documents and project communications.

· Arrange for documentation submittals and tracking of drawings and technical documentation approvals.

· Review of procurement documents.

· Materials and cost tracking.

· Project data entry.

· Work in accordance with our established quality management system.

· Develop/review/maintain/update related documentation, files, procedures, databases, drawings, and schematics as part of project execution.

· Track project status and produce monthly progress reports.

· Assist in preparation for customer inspections.

Skills & Experience

· Good time management and organizational skills is a must.

· Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation and GDP would be a key advantage.

· Detail oriented and organized.

· Experience in understanding technical Data sheets.

· Knowledge about procurement, budgets, and project cost tracking.

· Schedule tracking. MS Project.

· Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe.

· Experience with P&IDs and BOMs.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year experience of similar work. Preferably within Engineering or Pharma & Biotech.
