Our Customer Service Department is seeking a responsible and communicative Parts Service Representative to handle the spare parts business in the United States and other related requirement from our customers. Candidate will be based at the company’s Lodi, NJ Facility and will report to the supervisor of aftermarket parts and service. You must be extremely organized with attention to detail, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and timeliness in the industry. BYD is seeking a person who is highly responsible, with great communicative skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and basic ability to operate ERP or WMS

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Preserve good communication with customer, and maintain customer relationships
• Be internal initiator of parts business
• Receive and sort customer requests, assign to corresponding coworker
• Offer parts information to customer and help customer place orders smoothly
• Keep good records of customer parts orders and traceable
• Resolve customer issues
• Create daily parts order status report
• Work with Parts and Service team on customer business related to parts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Parts Service within related or relevant industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service and prospecting skills with the ability to track task progress throughout
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-starter with high level of initiative, a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly and accurate
• Experience on ERP or WMS system is a huge plus
