BZB Express is an audio visual equipment supplier located in Sacramento, California. We are seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Support Representative position. Job duties include but are not restricted to the following:

●      Interacting, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors via telephone and email.

●      Monitor and reply to any client questions submitted via email or messaging platforms.

●      Receive incoming phone calls and handle customer support related inquiries, transfer calls to the correct department, and create tech support tickets.

●      Monitor all e-commerce sites and process new orders. Submit purchase orders to vendors and monitor all current orders until shipment. Ensure all orders are shipping on time and correctly.

●      Coordinating with sales, technical support, and shipping departments to ensure prompt resolution of vendor and client issues.

●      Work with the e-commerce inventory manager to ensure listings are up-to-date and accurate.

●      Function as point of contact for purchases and shipping for customers and vendors.

●      Receive, process, and track RMA requests.

●      Complete occasional side projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

●      Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

●      Must be able to communicate in an efficient and professional manner both verbally and in writing.

●      Must have self-managing skills and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

●      Must have the ability to communicate while working in a working communicational environment with multiple communications per day in the workplace while working with other communicators in the workplace.

●      Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
