You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, and assist us with other operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. Ideally, you will have some legal experience, but we will happily train the right service-minded office professional. The most important qualities you can possess are a great attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and a sincere desire to care for our potential and existing clients. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
