Surgical Dental Assistant

Large multi doctor practice with two locations. We are looking for a dedicated dental assistant with Periodontal and Oral Surgery experience.

Part time position available. If you want to be part of a professional and growing practice, then we may be the right office for you.

Job Details-

Assist the doctor during dental procedures

Create a smooth, efficient and care free experience for all patients

Digital X-rays

Prepare tray setups, sterilize equipment and maintain adequate supply levels

Charting in computer including updating medical record history, existing conditions and treatment planning.

Comfortable talking to patients about treatment

Job Requirements

CDA/RDA Certification welcome but not required

2 year Surgical Dental Assistant experience

Working knowledge of Dentrix a plus

Upbeat friendly disposition

Motivated self-starter

Reliable, punctual and responsible

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policy

Must be willing to work in both our West Babylon and Patchogue locations
