Job Details

Answering high volume of phone calls

Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations

Promote the practice in all conversations with callers

Welcome patients to the practice

Direct patient inquiries to appropriate departments

Qualifications

Dental experience preferred

Knowledge of Dentrix software a PLUS

Warm, upbeat, friendly personality

Consistently conducts themselves in a professional manner

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated

Ability to follow procedures

Attention to detail

Calm, patient demeanor

Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office

PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks for our clinical staff

Cleaning of all communal areas every hour

At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
