Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Looking for a motivated personality to work in a home office environment, marketing a whole-hearted dental organization. Looking for someone who has a love for people and an upbeat customer service mentality. Offering flexible hours and casual work environment. Someone with high follow-through, strong attention to detail, and an organized style is essential. We are looking for someone who will manage our online social media presence and take ownership of both growing our follower base and generating marketing reports. This person should be able to oversee the marketing team and direct how best to coordinate efforts. A self-starter who has experience with helping organizations maximize their social media footprint to enhance their online presence and increase revenue. Someone who enjoys working and collaborating in a team environment, but who is also comfortable running with projects without needing direct instruction. Flexibility to commute to Syosset and/or Riverhead.
Job Details:
Extensive knowledge of Facebook ads, and will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring paid and organic social media campaigns
Monitor ROI reports and make direct marketing strategies accordingly
Facebook retargeting strategy
Creation of promotional videos, gifs, highlights, and story reels
Cohesive understanding of popular social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Identify and employ new social media trends and tools to keep our organization at the forefront of the industry
Maintain and update marketing calendar
Manage, plan, and market community outreach events and foster continued growth of highly engaged social media communities
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads
Research and collaboration of new marketing techniques and concepts
Monitoring website performance/recommendation of updates
Monitoring, compiling, and analyzing patient data/ROI
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of work experience
Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple computers/Mac Operating System, Hootsuite, and Facebook for Business
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is welcomed but not required
Good organizational skills
Proficient in basic copywriting, editing, and grammar
High attention to detail
Willingness to be a flexible team player within a home office environment
Positive and kind-hearted professional
Self-starter with high follow-through, comfortable with multitasking
Able to take initiative and work independently, if warranted
Comfortable in communicating needs to complete a task
Open to bringing creative or new marketing concepts to the table and ability to implement with or without direct support
Must be available to work either at Syosset location or Riverhead location (2 months of the year)
Must be available to work full time
