Job Summary
We are seeking a Back Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all finance related administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the financial workflow operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, posting invoices, coordinating with referrals and payers, and managing the back office team (between 3-5 people). The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrates daring leadership skills with their interpersonal skills, and is trustworthy, competent and dependable.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Maintain the back office financial flow with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with Administration to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Record invoices and transactions in QuickBooks
Receive and process authorizations from referral sources.
Work as a liaison between referral sources, payers, families and staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as a authorization coordinator or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain professional relationships with a variety of entities
