ABOUT the Back and Neck Center of Brick:

The position we are currently interviewing for is in our Brick location. Back and Neck Center of Brick, has been serving communities in Ocean County for 30 years. Our mission is to help our community through regular chiropractic care because we know chiropractic can not only alleviate pain, but help keep patients healthy and active with their loved ones. We can do this naturally, without drugs or surgery!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Practice Representative will screen and bring in new patients to our offices. You'll set up screenings at local businesses, sign up new patients, and follow up with them to get them set up for their first appointment.

This FULL-TIME POSITION will be responsible for:

Spend your days outside the clinic performing outreach with businesses, groups, non-profits, expo's, health fairs and more to educate, screen and scheduling new patients.

Learn and execute proven systems that work for clinics across the country.

Lead predesigned health care classes.

Create fun events to help introduce potential patients to the benefits of chiropractic care.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Knowledge of why chiropractic is AMAZING and can help those who are suffering.

A flexible schedule, you will have to go to where and when our potential patients are located.

A self-directed, self-starter that will use their time wisely to produce results.

An outgoing, social type personality.

Sales experience a plus

WHAT THE POSITION PAYS:

Starting base-pay is $40,000 per year until you hit goals for 3 months straight, then a raise to $50,000 yearly as long as it is maintained. We offer a generous incentive for hitting new patient goals. You can earn an unlimited amount of commission each month. Work hard, play hard.

You will be paid for full time hours regardless of how long it takes as long as you are hitting your goals. This is a results based position.
