Join our excellent Team for another awesome summer as the head of our Back of House department! Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience in restaurant settings as well as management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining pars and meeting dish preparation guides
• Prep planning and execution working with General Manager
• Quality control of prepared dishes
• Perform Line duties including making food, cleaning equipment and maintaining stocks
