Manages a team of spa service providers

Responsible for setting and achieving goals

Implements protocols

Onboarding & Training schedules

Inventory Ordering

Manages day to day operations

Customer service knowledge required

BOH Daily communications

Coordination of monthly meetings

Weekly Cleaning Responsibility

Leadership experience required

Spa knowledge required

Massage License, Nail Technician, and/or Esthetics License required

Hybrid service provider part-time and manager part-time
