The Drury Collection of Hotels is looking for an experienced hotel manager with expertise in hotel Housekeeping and Maintenance Leadership. This role is pivotal in driving forward our brand new 186 room property, located: 7915 U.S. Highway 42 Florence, KY 41042.
Overview of this Leadership Role:
Provide expert leadership across all departments with a focus on housekeeping, maintenance and laundry of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service to each guest and train, develop and coach team members to achieve success in their roles
You will lead the Housekeeping team to successfully achieve quality, cleanliness and Drury standards to exceed the company quality expectations.
Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures
Schedule: This is a day shift position with weekday start times at 7AM and weekend shifts starting at 8AM. The rotating weekend schedule offers a good work/life balance, with one full weekend off, one full weekend on, and two weekends where you'll work either Saturday or Sunday each month.
Meet Our Local Leader, General Manager, Leola Pollard: Leola Pollard is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a General Manager at Drury Hotels. Her career began in the Housekeeping department, and she has since gained comprehensive knowledge by working in all departments, mastering the intricacies of hotel operations. Known for her motivational spirit and team-building skills, Leola has played a key role in opening over 15 hotels with Drury. As a General Manager mentor, she excels in guiding others through the company's procedures and policies, fostering a positive and successful work environment focused on guest and team satisfaction. Outside of work, Leola enjoys sports activities, concerts, and traveling to explore new places. Her passion lies in sharing her knowledge and helping others grow in their careers.

Qualifications To Be Considered:
Prior housekeeping hotel management experience is required.
Selfless passion to serve others and exceed guests’ expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period. Requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
