Join Our Team
We’re excited to welcome a new Back-of-House team member to our kitchen at Délice Breton.
About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Back-of-House team member to join our kitchen at Délice Breton. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, enjoys the rhythm of a busy kitchen, and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and consistent.
You will help with prep work, dishwashing, assembling menu items, and basic cooking tasks. Training is provided, and you’ll learn our products, our recipes, and our style of working.
Hourly Rate & Tips • Base pay: $17/hour • Credit card tips are shared with BOH • Typical total compensation ranges from $20 to $25/hour, depending on business levels and staffing • Actual earnings may vary slightly depending on the number of staff scheduled and restaurant activity
Work Environment & Team Culture We expect a calm, respectful attitude in the kitchen at all times. Losing your temper, yelling, or creating tension is not tolerated here. The old-school “chef who shouts at everyone” mentality has no place at Délice Breton. We maintain a healthy, positive work environment where everyone treats each other with respect — BOH and FOH alike. We value teamwork, kindness, and professionalism, and we are looking for someone who feels the same way.
