    Our rapidly growing PT and OT clinic is in need of assistance with our Occupational Therapy patient care at our Canton location.

    We anticipate the part time/PRN position will grow into a full time position based on job performance and patient volume. You can also perform initial evaluations at our other locations for more hours. On the job training will be provided and will accelerate you manual therapy and clinical skills to unbelievable levels. Many of our therapists hold advance certifications/training and we were awarded the national clinic of the year, delivering unparalleled patient care and utilizing cutting edge therapeutic interventions. Learn body tempering, cupping, IASTM, musculoskeletal ultrasound, joint mobilization, taping techniques, among many others. Act now before the position is filled! We have a designated OT station that is fully equipped with tools, modalities, games, assessments, and exercise equipment. We schedule our OT patients for a one on one session lasting 1 hour. We encourage autonomy, creativity, continuing education, and progressive treatment approaches. The position can be 2-3 days a week based on your availability.

    Assists with marketing efforts and clinic growth

    Attends sales luncheons or community outreach events within the area to improve community awareness of B2Y and establish relationships with referral sources when possible

    Enhance the patient experience, demonstrate patient appreciation, and captivate the patient experience by means of google reviews, internal referrals/marketing, and responding to feedback as appropriate

    Responds to all communications with employees, management, physicians, vendors, case managers, transportation, and patients within a timely manner to ensure effective communication

    Delegate tasks to admin, clinicians, and techs as needed
