Business Owner is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and creative Social Media/Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for someone who is energetic, takes initiative, a strong communicator, and thrives in both creative and administrative capacities. You will be supporting us with co-managing his social media, calendar, influencer relationships, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for industry trends alongside exemplary organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1-2 years of experience in the following areas:

Collaborate with influencers and manage social media partnerships, and events

Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally

Support various day-to-day office tasks including meeting preparation, note-taking, and document management

Manage social media, calendars, social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to work with little supervision

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva

Experience in email marketing software

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Proficient in managing emails, calendars, and administrative tasks

Ability to travel and support with events as needed

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative and administrative directives clearly

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

2+ year of office/clerical support experience

2+ years of social media management, community engagement and content creation

JOB DETAILS:

Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Pay range: $18-22/hour, based on experience and qualifications

BENEFITS:
