This includes stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the backroom. Backroom associates also help facilitate the smooth transition of merchandise between the sales floor and the backroom, ensuring that the stockroom is always well-stocked with the latest items available for customers. They assist with receiving, and the transferring of merchandise, as well as following proper safety procedures and store policies.
