    About the Backroom Associate role:

    Backroom associates are responsible for the efficient and accurate organizing, and stocking of merchandise in a retail store. They may also assist customers in locating items, provide customer service, and ensure the store is kept clean and organized.

    Role Purpose:

    The purpose of a backroom associate is to help ensure the efficient operation of the store. This includes stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the backroom. Backroom associates also help facilitate the smooth transition of merchandise between the sales floor and the backroom, ensuring that the stockroom is always well-stocked with the latest items available for customers. They assist with receiving, and the transferring of merchandise, as well as following proper safety procedures and store policies.

    Backroom Associate Summary:

    Backroom Associate Job Summary: The Backroom Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the backroom of the store. This position requires stocking merchandise, unloading and stocking the racks, and organizing the backroom to ensure a neat and orderly environment. The Backroom Associate must be able to lift heavy objects, bend, and kneel to perform job functions. Additionally, the Backroom Associate must be able to work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work well with others.

    Backroom Associate Duties:
