    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Backroom/Inventory Lead to oversee inventory flow, online fulfillment, vendor coordination, and back room operations. This role partners closely with leadership and serves as the operational point person when management is unavailable.

    The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains high standards of accuracy, and ensures the back of house runs efficiently and proactively.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Serve as primary BOH lead and operational point of contact when supervisor is out

    · Partner with direct supervisor to plan weekly priorities and workload distribution

    · Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback as needed

    · Communicate directly with customers regarding online order issues or inquiries

    · Coordinate with vendor representatives to ensure timely deliveries and resolve damages or discrepancies

    · Fully receive and reconcile incoming inventory

    · Build and maintain products in POS system and website

    · Prepare and stage product for merchandising

    · Conduct and assist with bi-annual full inventory counts

    Job Requirements

    · Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

    · Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience

    · 1 year team leadership experience preferred

    · Highly detail-oriented and organized

    · Self-sufficient; able to prioritize and execute with limited supervision

    · Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

    · Proficient in POS systems and computer operations

    · Ability to bend, lift (up to 50lbs), kneel, reach and stand for long periods of time

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Details

    • Starting pay: $19-$23/HR

    • Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours.
