Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Back Room / Inventory Associate to support daily operational flow, online order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency behind the scenes while directly supporting the customer experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
· Unload, receive, and unpack incoming shipments
· Conduct detailed inventory counts and maintain accurate back stock
· Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and back stock areas
· Support Assistant Manager with daily operational tasks and shifting priorities
· Pack and ship online customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
· Pull and fill customer orders for shipping or in-store pickup
· Track shipping costs and monitor carrier rates for accuracy
· Conduct vendor audits as needed
· Prepare merchandise for the sales floor:
· Create new products in the POS system
· Photograph merchandise
· Tag and price items accurately
· Assist with receiving and prepping product for merchandising
· Communicate inventory updates and needs with sales floor staff
· Occasionally communicate with customers regarding online order issues
· Support high-season events and increased volume periods
Job Requirements
· Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Self-sufficient and productive with limited supervision
· Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
· Proficient in POS systems and computer operations
· Ability to bend, lift (up to 50lbs), kneel, reach and stand for long periods of time
· 1 year of retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required

Details
• Starting pay: $17-$19/HR
• Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours.
