Full Job Description - Designer will work in conjunction with Client or Client Experience Coordinator to determine backyard desires of our client. - Candidate to be a self-driven sales consultant with a high attention to detail with ability to maintain a high standard of customer service. - Primary day-to-day role will take place at Backyard Environments Office and may also require commuting to & from clients' homes / jobsites. Sales territory consists of DFW areas & cities. - Good communication skills Required - Maintain relationship with construction department and stay connected with homeowners during construction until completion of job - Maintain a high level of ethical conduct with internal employees and clients - Be involved in all client projects during and after construction completion for future referrals - Have and review a sales strategy and prioritization plan with your manager on routine basis. - Update data base daily with communication, sales, and other client information. - Be productive & professional every day in office and help keep office/showroom clean & organized Education/Knowledge Requirements - Currently enrolled in a 4-year Construction Design Program or Equivalent - Basic knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities Schedule: - Flexible hours from Monday thru Saturday
